This year, the program will walk through the steps of how to maximize value through land development. The seminar will explain projects from their concept and architectural planning through site engineering, permitting, and the municipal approval process. Participants will learn tips and techniques to turn dirt into dollars. Speakers include Dave Call of Crosswinds Communities, Robb Burroughs of Hobbs + Black Architects and Brian Wenzel and Bill Anderson of Atwell- Hicks Inc.

"Last year was a success with over 130 people attending," says TerrySimpson, marketing manager of Atwell-Hicks. "This year's seminar will helpindividuals understand the land development process through a step-by-stepprogram. Participants will learn how to develop their land in the mostefficient, effective and profitable means available."

Registration will begin at 7 a.m. with the program starting at 7:30 a.m. The cost per person is $99 and if four individuals sign up from the same company, the fifth person's registration fee is waived.
