Terms of the three-year contract will provide New Jersey-based Quest Diagnostics with 36,346 sf at 8550 Balboa Blvd. The building is inside the Harman International Business Campus.
Quest's new space will serve as an extension of the firm's Van Nuys testing laboratory, one of 30 major labs that Quest operates around the country. The campus, which was acquired three years ago by Northridge Business Center LLC, is now 50% leased.
Cushman & Wakefield brokers Ron Wade, Mark Leonard and Matt Heyn represented the landlord in the transaction. Quest Diagnostics was represented by Jerry Porter of CRESA Partners.
