Suski has been in industrial real estate for 13 years.
Before joining Grubb & Ellis, he was a director of industrial brokerage services at Cushman & Wakefield of Minnesota. In 1995, he founded American IndustrialProperties, where he developed and leased the 560,000-sf Carlson Business Center, which hit 95% occupancy in the first six months after opening.
Suski began his career with Trammell Crow Co. and has been involved in the development of more than 1 million sf of industrial space and has completed morethan 250 transactions.
