Insignia/ESG Gains New Managing Director for SF Office

SAN FRANCISCO-Michael Huaco brings 15 years of corporate real estate experience to Insignia/ESG, where he will focus on establishing new corporate real estate relationship with the Bay Area's major firms.

SAN FRANCISCO-Michael Huaco, a senior-level real estate executive, has joined Insignia/ESG’s San Francisco office as Managing Director.

Huaco has 15 years of experience in all facets of domestic and international corporate real estate. He was vice president and director of corporate real estate at Thomas Weisel Partners prior to joining Insignia/ESG. He also worked for Montgomery Securities, where he secured over 1 million sf of space in high profiles buildings throughout the U.S. and Europe, including the Transmerica Pyramid.
