Lunor Associates Sells Garden Apartment Complex

LODI, NJ-In a transaction that was arranged by Comperatore Associates, the 52-unit garden complex has been moved into the portfolio of a local real estate group.

LODI, NJ-Lunor Associates has sold the two-story, five-building, 52-unit garden apartment complex at located 222 Garibaldi Ave. here to Lodi Realty LLC, a locally-based organization. The terms and sale price of the property were not announced by the parties. Columbia Savings Bank of Fairlawn, NJ provided the financing for the buyer.

Vincent C. Comperatore, a principal in the brokerage firm of Comperatore Associates, based in Totowa, NJ, arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller. The buyer represented itself in the negotiations. The residential complex is located near Route 17 and I-80 in this Bergen County community in northern New Jersey.
