In his new position, Thomas will oversee Insite's strategic focus on office, industrial, retail, land, investment, tenant representation and corporate services.

Under his direction, Insite has formed a "team services" concept to improve client services. This approach provides clients with specialized brokers who leverage off each other's strengths.

Previously, Thomas was vice president of the Retail Division at Schostak. He was responsible for property assemblage, sales and leaseback of commercial properties and the development of commercial vacant land.

Thomas graduated from Michigan State University. He is a member and affiliated with the Detroit Area Commercial Board of Realtors, Michigan Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors as well as the International Council of Shopping Centers.
