Trammell Crow Completes 723,000 SF in Lease, Acquisition Deals

BALTIMORE, MD-Trammell Crow reports a flurry of real estate transactions involving eight different clients. The deals include more than 700,000 sf of commercial space in the greater Baltimore region.

BALTIMORE, MD-Trammell Crow closes a series of leasing and purchasing deals in Baltimore and surrounding areas. Involving eight different clients, the various transactions cover about 723,000 sf of office, industrial and retail space.

The largest of the deals involves Florida-based Office Depot Inc, which will leases about 237,000 sf of space in Odenton, Maryland’s Arundel Crossing. Trammell Crow Vice President John C. Childs Jr. says the company, “wanted to stay in the Baltimore-Washington corridor because they had an existing work force there.” Also in Anne Arundel County, Maritime Applied Physics Corp. takes on 14,437, sf of leased space.
