The first deal, valued at about $2.2 million, will provide Fritz of San Francisco with 62,538 sf of warehouse and industrial space at 19901 S. Hamilton Ave. The lease term is five years.
Fritz will move into the building in January. Bret Quinlan of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the transaction, while landlord Investment Development Services Inc. was represented by John Schumacher of CB Richard Ellis.
In second deal, freight-delivery firm L.J. Express signed a lease with International Airport Centers to occupy a 20,263-sf building at 5353 W. Imperial Hwy. The 62-month pact is valued at about $1.3 million.
Cushman & Wakefield broker Quinlan represented L.J. Express. The landlord was represented in-house by Michael Daniels.
