The company will occupy 3,840 sf, according to the terms of the 10-year agreement. The facility is located at the corner of Harbor Boulevard and Orangethorpe Avenue.

Atlanta Bread was represented by Joe Miller. Jim Duke, Carol Schillne and Shannon North of CB Richard Ellis' Anaheim office represented the lessor, Center Trust.

Established in 1993, Atlanta Bread opened its first restaurant in Sand Springs, Georgia. The company, which has offered franchising opportunities since 1995, now has more than 100 restaurants nationwide. Its expansion continues, as Atlanta Bread plans to open restaurants in regions all across North America. Aside from its numerous restaurants, Atlanta Bread also operates a 68,000-sf commissary based in Smyrna, GA.
