Law Firm Signs $20-Mil Sublease

LOS ANGELES-Katten Muchin Zavis takes 52,058 sf of office space at 2029 Century Park East from Akin Gump Strauss, marking one of the Westside's largest sublease deals of the year.

LOS ANGELES-One law firm has signed a $20-million lease to sublet 52,058 sf of Century City office space from another, marking one of the Westside’s largest sublease deals of the year.

The space is at 2029 Century Park East. The law firm of Katten Muchin Zavis will sublet the space from Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld for nine years.

Bob Zelken of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Katten Muchin in the transaction. Mike Catalano of Julien J. Studley represented Akin Gump.
