The three buildings can be leased vertically or horizontally, offering maximum flexibility for potential users. And the 50,000-sf floor plates are among the largest available in the Warsaw marketplace.
The design by Lord Foster and Warsaw-based JEMS Architekci reflects the style of Warsaw's modern architecture, with rounded corners and granite cladding. And at the same time it sets out to recreate the original streetscape before the destruction of the city during the second world war.
The $110 million Metropolitan project has been financed by the Emerging Markets Fund, HypoVereinsbank Bank Hipoteczny and Bayerische Hypo-und Vereinsbank.
