The Tri-Valley holdings consist of about 635,000-sf in four separate projects. The Sierra Trinity Business Park is a 12-building, 223,371-sf, multi-tenant flex project in Dublin. The Airway Business Center is a 147,119-sf flex project located near the Livermore Airport.
The Vasco Business Center is a 95,754-sf industrial building and the Livermore Commerce Center is a 2-building, 168,872-sf industrial project. These 2 projects were developed by Spieker Properties and acquired by RREEF. They are currently nearly 100% leased with tenants, including Curtis Instruments, Bechtel Nevada, Crane America and Impact Merchandising.
Chris Pearson, a principle in the Lee & Associates Pleasanton office, will direct the marketing team that includes Brett Holden and Tony Fererri.
