In San Diego, Peggy Thrailkill has been promoted to vice president and senior real estate manager. Her responsibilities include overseeing the Mitsui Real Estate Sales USA Co., Ltd., portfolio, which totals 1.2 million sf, as well as a 300,000-square-foot office portfolio.
Also in San Diego, Carmela Vitrano has been promoted to real estate manager. In her new position, she will be responsible for several projects totaling over 700,000 sf t throughout the county, including a large eight-building office park in Torrey Pines.
New to Burnham Real Estate's Los Angeles/Orange County asset services team is Denny Osborne of Osborne Properties in Orange County, a firm specializing in acquisitions, development and investment sales. Osborne will be partnering with Burnham Real Estate in management and brokerage business development in the greater Los Angeles and Orange County areas.
Robert Munson has been promoted to vice president/asset services for Los Angeles/Orange County and will work closely with Osborne. Munson has been affiliated with Burnham Real Estate in San Diego for almost two years where he directs a 1 million-sf portfolio.
"These promotions come as we position for continued growth in San Diego, Los Angeles and Orange (counties)," says Michael LeMaire, Burnham Real Estate's managing director of asset services.
