"Levin Menzies is the type of owner that we are focusing our efforts on representing," says Mike Strle, vice president and managing partner of The Real Estate Management Services Group at Colliers. "Portfolio relationships are important as managers step out of the traditional boundaries of portfolio services to represent ownerships, effectively adding value through nontraditional means."
Colliers was also recently awarded the Mission Village Shopping Center portfolio in Fairfield. The 178,000-sf center, which will be redeveloped, is part of the Capital and Counties USA portfolio.
Strle says that he plans to expand Colliers' portfolio by focusing on smaller to mid-sized portfolios. "We can only accomplish our expansion through attracting senior real estate managers and continuing to invest in flexible technology platforms that allow managers to focus on serving the owner and tenants rather than sitting behind a desk," Strle said. "Differentiation of this segment of management is our platform for continued growth."
