The 20-acre, master-planned park is bordered by Old Conejo Road and the Ventura (101) Freeway. All but one of the 10 buildings in the first phase have been leased or sold to such users as Snap-On Tools and Giant Bikes.

The second phase will feature eight buildings, three of which have already been leased or sold. The remaining five buildings range from 11,000 sf to 23,000 sf each.

The 232,000-sf development will be completed next spring. Gluck Construction is the general contractor and TOLD Partners Inc. is the project's exclusive marketing agent.
