The building that stands at 32901 Calle Perfecto consists of 25,343 sf of industrial space. Professional Motorcar Performance Inc. has a 5,898-sf space here, while the Capistrano Unified School District occupies 6,762 sf and DalTile operates in the remaining 12,683 sf.

The 32921 Calle Perfecto facility encompasses 27,334 sf. It is occupied by Seychelle Environmental Technologies, which has a 12,334-sf space, and Remote Source Lighting International, which is housed in 15,000 sf.

The buyer, Burke Calle Perfecto LLP, was represented by Mike Baker and Guy LaFerrara of Lee & Associates Irvine Spectrum office. John Sullivan, also of Lee & Associates Irvine Spectrum office, spoke for the seller, Capistrano Associates.
