Diana Holford of the Austin office of Staubach Co., based in Dallas, represented Shelton Keller. Mark Miller of the Chicago-based Equity Office's Austin office negotiated for the building owner, EOP Franklin Plaza LP.

Shelton Keller, which has been in business for about six years, sells commercial furnishings and does interior designs for corporations, according to Diana Keller, a principal in the firm. It has 13 employees.

Keller says the location, across the street from the Four Seasons Hotel, provides easy access for clients who are new to town and staying at the hotel. It also allows the company to be close to clients in the CBD.
