Bandera Pointe is a 650,000-sf power center at Loop 1604 and Bandera Road. Other stores in the center include Lowe's home improvement warehouse, Target, Old Navy and Pier 1 imports.
Bath & Body Works is part of Intimate Brands Inc., which also owns Victoria's Secret and White Barn Candle Co. It has 2,400 retail stores.
Jennifer Frank, senior vice president of Ft. Worth-based Woodmont Co., represented Bath & Body Works in negotiations at Bandera Pointe. The shopping center was jointly developed by Cleveland-based Developers Diversified Realty and David Berndt Interests, based in Dallas. Woodmont is Bath & Body Works broker for most Texas markets.
