Cinco Ranch Unleashes First 100 Acres for Commercial Venues

KATY, TX-A 10-year-old residential community gets its first block of land dedicated to commercial development. Terrabrook, developer of the 5,000-acre Cinco Ranch, puts 100 acres on the market for the initiative.

KATY, TX-Terrabrook, the Dallas-based developers of the 5,000-acre Cinco Ranch in Katy, have put 100 acres on the market, eyeing the far west suburb’s first commercial land allocation.

Culver Stedman, broker with Boyd Page is marketing the land. Stedman tells GlobeSt.com that the area has been platted with potential uses and Terrabrook’s ready to begin selling parcels, with infrastructure, to developers. The plans call for up to eight two- or three-story office buildings, each designed with 60,000 sf to 80,000 sf. Retail and restaurant areas also have been designated.
