Ford Signs Lease for 608,000-SF Dist. Center

SAN FRANCISCO-Ford has signed a 10-year lease with Catellus Development Corp. to occupy a 608,000-sf, build-to-suit distribution facility at Spreckels Park in Manteca. Construction of the center has started and the company expects to be able to move in by next spring.

SAN FRANCISCO-Catellus Development Corp., a San Francisco-based real estate development firm, has signed a long-term lease with Ford Motor Co. in Manteca.

Ford will occupy a 608,000-sf, build-to-suit distribution facility at Spreckels Park in Manteca, which is located about 75 miles east of San Francisco, for 10 years. Construction of the center has started and the company expects to be able to move in by next spring.
