In the first transaction, MetLife expanded by 6,000 sf and extended its lease, which now totals 24,000 sf. Grubb & Ellis represented MetLife, which uses the space as regional offices for its financial group.

Also, the law firm of Post Polak, Goodsell & MacNeill leased 12,000 sf for its headquarters. The 27-year-old firm is relocating from another Roseland location in an expansion move.
