Boca Developers Goes Again with Miller & Solomon

MIAMI-South Florida's largest developer of residential condominiums won the contract to build the 29-story, 223-unit Peninsula in Aventura at an estimated hard construction cost of at least $50 million.

MIAMI-Boca Developers has named Miller & Solomon as the general contractor for The Peninsula in Aventura, a planned 29-story, 223-unit condominium community next to Williams Island on the Intercoastal Waterway in suburban Aventura, FL.

The 47-year-old contracting firm didn’t disclose the construction cost of the project in a prepared statement. But area construction industry estimators tell GlobeSt.com on condition of anonymity the venture couldn’t be built for less than $200,000 per unit or an estimated $50 million.

The value of Miller & Solomon’s contract was also not disclosed.
