The last available space was leased to Susan Ceccaci of Bella Floral Artistry, a full service florist that will open in December. Ceccaci joins QFC, Hi-School Pharmacy, Washington Mutual Bank, Starbucks and many other retailers that committed to space both before and after the economy began contracting. Lease rates are in the mid-$20s, generally, depending on length of lease, size of space and location within the development.

On the residential side, 44 units have been built to date, and 21 have sold. Another 35 will break ground soon, says the developer. The new units will be part of Main Street at Bethany Village. Located on NW Central Drive between NW Chanticleer Drive and NW 153rd Terrace, in the heart of Bethany Village, Main Street at Bethany will connect the Bethany Village Centre, the Bethany Village Offices and the residential side of the development.
