Bethany Village Retail 100% Leased

PORTLAND-Central Bethany Development continues to make progress on Bethany Village despite less than stellar economic conditions. A week after declaring they would move forward with the next round of residential development, the firm says it has leased the last remaining space in the 119,947-sf retail center that serves the residential project and then some.

The last available space was leased to Susan Ceccaci of Bella Floral Artistry, a full service florist that will open in December. Ceccaci joins QFC, Hi-School Pharmacy, Washington Mutual Bank, Starbucks and many other retailers that committed to space both before and after the economy began contracting. Lease rates are in the mid-$20s, generally, depending on length of lease, size of space and location within the development.
