The 250,000 sf of office space will be housed in an 11-story structure with harbor views. Lockwood Place will sit on a 2.8-acre parcel of land that was formerly home to a Baltimore City Community College building. Pennsylvania contractors Kravco Co. and Parkway Corp., along with Baltimore's A&R Development Corp., are behind the project. In comments to the press earlier this year, Kravco Chairman Wayne Snyder explains that the group is eager "to get up and open and create the premier office-retail space in what is a wonderful location."
