Museum Place, YWCA Pre-Bid Conference Tuesday Night

PORTLAND-Interested subcontractors and suppliers are encouraged to attend a pre-bid conference tonight for Museum Place South, a 278,000-sf mixed-use project being developed by the Portland Development Commission and Howard S. Wright Construction on a full city block along the western boundary of Downtown.

PORTLAND-Howard S. Wright Construction and the Portland Development Commission are hosting a pre-bid conference Tuesday night for the Museum Place South development and the YWCA renovation on the west end of Downtown.

Museum Place South is a 278,000-square-foot mixed-use complex that will cover an entire city block. It will include two underground floors of parking, a 40,000-sf Safeway store; 128 loft-style apartments in a six-story tower and 12 two-story townhouses. The project will be developed on the block surrounded by 10th and 11th avenues and Jefferson and Columbia streets.
