"Operating a university hotel and conference center requires a unique expertise and focus in the hospitality industry," explains Crestline CEO Dave Durbin. "We were selected by Georgia Tech because of our outstanding track record in this specific niche." The complex includes a 250-room hotel with 21,000-sf of available meeting space, a dining room, indoor swimming pool and fitness center, and an outdoor courtyard. Georgia Tech Global Learning Center--an educational facility that will have amphitheaters and classroom space--will adjoin the hotel. This property will be the ninth Atlanta area facility under Crestline's management.
