The moves come as part of the company's plan to bolster its planning and estimating capabilities.

"Glenn (Laurence) and Stan (Hadler) have done extraordinary work over the past two decades gaining the immense trust and respect of our clients. We're delighted to recognize their efforts by elevating them into these new positions."
As vice president, Laurence will work closely with McCarthy clients on all facets of preconstruction services, including estimating, planning, scheduling, budgeting, constructability and project implementation.
Hadler will be in charge of McCarthy's day-to-day preconstruction operations, managing the company's team of estimators, building relationships with subcontractors and problem solving, all while estimating projects for McCarthy clients.
McCarthy is a Seattle-based, employee owned builder that offers general contracting, design/build and construction management services for office buildings, parking structures, mixed-use, multi-family, educational, healthcare, laboratory, bio-technical, retail, industrial, and microelectronics facilities. In addition to Seattle, McCarthy also has offices in Portland; St. Louis, MO.; Newport Beach, CA, San Francisco, Sacramento, Phoenix; Dallas; and Las Vegas.
