Also, on behalf of owner Allen David Devrishian, Weinberg and Turse sold the 12,800-sf office/industrial building at 36 Pier Lane West to Elmwood Associates, an engineering firm. The seller had operated his own engineering firm at the site for 45 years before recently retiring.
At 10 Plog Rd., meanwhile, Custom Index Inc. has subleased 16,890 sf of industrial space from the former tenant, Franklin Brass Co. Custom Index manufactures and distributes special files and folders.
Finally, Weinberg and Turse represented owner SK Realty & Development in leasing just under 7,700 sf of warehouse space to Inter Alliance Inc. at 180 Passaic Ave. The new occupant will use it to distribute printable fabrics used to format billboards.
