Colliers Houston Arranges Several Transactions

FAIRFIELD, NJ-The recent flurry of activity, all in this North Jersey community, includes a land sale for a new Red Cross Chapter HQ, an office sale and two industrial leases.

FAIRFIELD, NJ-Colliers Houston & Co.’s Parsippany, NJ office has arranged several recent transactions here, including the sale of a 3.82-acre site that will be used for construction of a new headquarters for the Essex County Chapter of the American Red Cross. The firm’s Howard Weinberg and Matthew Turse represented the seller, Five Oaks Associates.

Also, on behalf of owner Allen David Devrishian, Weinberg and Turse sold the 12,800-sf office/industrial building at 36 Pier Lane West to Elmwood Associates, an engineering firm. The seller had operated his own engineering firm at the site for 45 years before recently retiring.
