DFS also has purchased four acres for future expansion. Redhouse Interchange is one of the largest greenfield sites in the North of England with planning consent and has outline permission for 2 million sf of distribution and warehousing space.
David Wells of Redhouse Projects said: "Our newly completed speculative unit at Redhouse has proved a great success. This deal, together with the Nu-Tool letting will result in 180,000 sf of distribution space being occupied at Redhouse by the end of this year."
