Created by architects Altton & Porter, the scheme is situated in Prague Eleven, one of the most affluent areas of the city.
Rodamco is the investor and the developer, with MDC acting as co-development partner. The Jones Lang LaSalle European Retail Management team will provide development consultancy advice as well as market units within the Centre to potential occupiers. Jones Lang LaSalle is currently investigating opportunities for anchor tenants.
The centre will be constructed in two phases. Phase one will be around 500,000 sf and phase two an additional 300,000 sf.
