The retail center, known as Rolling Ridge Plaza, was repositioned under Kensington's ownership. Encompassing 85,575 sf, it stands at 2959 Chino Ave.
Kensington was represented by Tom Robinson of Newport Beach-based NTC Commercial.
The economic slowdown has pushed the number of retail property sales in the Inland Empire down, but several big retail projects are still under way across the region. The retail market here is buoyed by the Inland Empire's rapidly increasing number of residents, as the region is still among California's five fastest-growing areas. Although still small compared to neighboring counties, the Inland Empire's retail segment is maturing.
