Wilson Meany is planning to build a 135,000-sf, five-story apartment/retail building at 8210 Folsom Street. The complex will have 78 apartments and an approximate 7,800-sf for retail stores, as well as an underground parking area. The Shipley Square Apartment/Retail Building project is valued at about $17 million.

Joe Cassidy Construction plans to construct Harrison Street Lofts, a 58,000-sf, 3-story apartment/loft complex. The project will cost approximately $5 million and will include 28 units and underground parking at 1215 Harrison Street.

The Geneva Carter Family Housing is being built by Mercy Charities Housing California. The 102,400-sf building will include 106 apartment units at Geneva and Carter Streets, and will cost an estimated $7 million.

Nearby, in Oakland, Prentiss Properties is building a 500,000-sf, 25-story office building. The Harrison Office Building will be located at 19th and Harrison, and will cost an estimated $110 million
