A 284-room Marriott Hotel on El Camino Real in Del Mar by Waterford Development and JMI Realty, financed by Marshall, Miller & Schroeder, is expected to be completed within the next month.
Two Staybridge Suites properties, including 131 suites at Viper Way and Mira Mesa Boulevard in Mira Mesa, and 117 in Carmel Mountain Ranch, are slated to be finished in December.
A 245-room Courtyard by Marriott is scheduled to open in January in the San Diego Spectrum development in Kearny Mesa. Two Extended Stay America properties are expected to come on line in March, including a 150-room project on Aero Drive in Kearny Mesa.
A 150-room Inns of America in Carlsbad is also expected to be completed in March.
