Xerox Realty Sells 37 Acres for $9.25 Million

LANSDONWE, VA-In a $9.25 million transaction Xerox Realty Corporation (XRC) sells a 37-acre plot of land to Inova Health Care Services. The property sits in a 2,300-acre development area of eastern Lansdowne, created to house a complex of medical and biotech facilities.”The addition of Inova to Lansdowne exemplifies the appeal of this development to businesses seeking an accessible location that offers convenience and amenities for customers and employees,” says XRC President and CEO David McLellan. The Lansdowne development straddles the Potomac River and Route 7, and includes a residential community and a resort with an 18-hole golf course. Much of the residential space is still under construction. There are still 110 acres accounting for 1.5 million sf of available office space up for grabs at the development.
