The 1.2 million-sf Fountain Place is a design of internationally acclaimed architect I.M. Pei. Built in 1986, the high-rise is located at 1445 Ross Ave. and linked to the city'spedestrian tunnel system.
Wells Fargo, headquartered in San Francisco, is part of a tenant roster that includes lead tenant, Hunt Consolidated, which leases more than 305,000 sf in the premier building. The Jenkens and Gilchrist firm occupies 231,000 sf and the EPA, a bit over 286,500 sf.
