The 28,000-sf building stands at 6076 Bristol Parkway, a few blocks from the Fox Hills Mall. It was acquired by Zofar LLC, a private investment partnership that plans to occupy about 3,500 sf of the space.
The seller is Remeny Family Real Estate. Remeny was represented by John Bertram, Timothy Macker and Luke Palmo of Coldwell Banker Commercial WESTMAC.
Zofar LLC was represented by the Westwood office of Progressive Real Estate.
