Leasing Activity Brisk at Cambridge Center

CAMBRIDGE, MA-One Cambridge Center, a 12-story Class A office building located here in the heart of Kendall Square, is now fully leased due to a number of deals. The 215,000-sf building is one of 12 developed here by Boston Properties as part of Cambridge Center, a mixed-use urban center.Massachusetts Institute of Technology leased an additional 7,500 sf of space here, which will be occupied by the MIT Media Lab. Tad Lee of Meredith & Grew represented MIT. JP Morgan Advisory Services renewed its lease for 6,300 sf here that will serve as a portion of the headquarters for the company’s Arrakis division, which occupies approximately 27,000 sf in the building.

Boston Private Bank and Trust has signed a long-term lease for 2,436 sf here, which will serve as the bank’s Kendall Square retail branch bank and local office. The Cambridge Redevelopment Authority leased 1,594 sf of space here.
