Among other things, Brevig manages The 1515 Building, a 10-story, 202,000-sf Downtown office building on Fifth Avenue. In 1998, she was honored with IREM's prestigious "CPM of the Year" award.

Going down the list, the President-Elect is Julie Kuehn, a property manager for Income Property Management; the vice president of members services is Cindy Laurila, an associate vice president for NBS; the vice president of communications is Jeff Brown, a senior property manager for NBS; and the vice president of finance is Carol Ambrose, director of operations for Norris Beggs & Simpson's property management services division.

IREM Oregon Chapter is one of a network of 87 local chapters nationwide. Members of the Institute of Real Estate Management hold the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation, which is awarded to real estate managers who meet stringent requirements in the areas of experience, education, and ethical conduct. IREM has 12,000 members – CPM members manage 834 billion dollars worth of the nation's real estate assets.
