Sprint Connects on $1.2-Mil Lease

LOS ANGELES-The telecommunications giant takes 7,434 sf of space at 364 S. La Cienega, across from Beverly Center, for the site of its next 'superstore.'

LOS ANGELES-The parent of telecommunications giant Sprint PCS has signed a lease valued at nearly $1.2 million to open a new “superstore” here.

Terms of the five-year agreement will provide Sprint Spectrum LP with 7,434 sf of retail space at 364 S. La Cienega Blvd. The two-story building is across the street from the Beverly Center shopping complex.

Kansas City-based Sprint Spectrum is the parent of Sprint PCS, perhaps best known as one of the nation’s largest providers of cell phones and related equipment. Its new store is expected to open early next year.
