Trammell Crow envisions a 2.6 million-sf development with work scheduled to begin in the spring of 2002. The company had the area rezoned to accommodate its plans back in September. In a statement to the local press at that time, Trammell Crow principal Pat Henry explained that "the park's first building would be 500,000 sf." Speaking of the location, he adds, "now, this is the next place." There has been no word on when the entire project is to be completed.
