The mall, located at 1725 E. Hallandale Beach Blvd., contains approximately 350,000 sf of building area completed in 1971 and renovated in 1998-1999 on 28 acres. Anchor tenants include Winn-Dixie, Old Time Pottery (formerly Kmart), Office Max and Beall's Outlet. The buyers plan to rehabilitate and revitalize the mall.
Bard Brenner of Sam Brenner Inc., Miami Beach, brokered the transaction. Attorney Barry Shevlin in Bay Harbor Islands represented the purchaser.
