ANAHEIM, CA-Guthrie Development Co. has sold all six of the buildings in its recently completed Lakeview Business Park here to separate buyers for a combined $14 million.
The 165,000-sf industrial and R&D park stands at the intersection of Lakeview and Orangethorpe avenues. The site housed the Yorba Orange Growers Association's packing plant until Guthrie bought it and started remodeling in July 2000.
Companies that recently purchased individual buildings inside the revamped project include Bisco Industries, PJ Printers and Yamada Electronics. Mike Hefner of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented Guthrie in all of the sales.
