Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust has a portfolio of 57 shopping centers, with approximately 11.8 million sf of gross leasable area, located in 12 eastern states. Shenandoah Square is the fourth center owned and managed by the company in the southeastern Florida region. Headquartered in Southfield, Mich., the trust is a fully-integrated, self-administered, publicly-traded REIT.
