The 28,000-sf retail facility has 92 feet of street-level frontage on Madison Avenue and both the ground floor and mezzanine space offers windows on three sides with views of Madison, 56th Street and the building's atrium. The property also includes an underground concourse and houses a broadcast studio and auditorium, formerly a well-used venue for exhibitions, public forums and lectures.

Lois Zambo, executive vice president and co-branch manager of Studley's Washington DC office and Daniel Horowitz, senior managing director of the firm's New York office are representing the leaseholder. The current lease runs until 2011, with two 10-year options. Asking rents for ground-floor retail space in the area currently range from $600 to $700 per sf.
