Brokers Deliver One Class A Lease, One Sale

HOUSTON-The premier Williams Tower gets a 5,021-sf tenant, Best of Health, while a Port Arthur, TX retail store corners a buyer. A Washington state broker negotiates with Colliers Oxford on the sale of the 7,469-sf building, leased to Blockbuster.

HOUSTON-A new tenant comes on board for the lineup at the 1.6 million-sf Williams Tower, a design of renowned architect Philip Johnson and John Burgee.

Best of Health signed up for 5,021 sf of office space at the 2800 Post Oak Boulevard structure. Greg Cizik of Colliers International’s Houston office represented Best of Health. Ronnie Martin of Hines negotiated the lease for building owner, Transco Tower Ltd. The class A Williams Tower, formerly called Transco Tower, was developed by Hines in 1983.
