Holiday Spirit: Juniper Donates Warehouse Space

SUNNYVALE, CA-The maker of Internet systems has donated 80,000-sf of warehouse space to the Family Giving Tree, allowing the nonprofit to occupy two floors until construction is completed.

SUNNYVALE, CA-Some companies are donating money and canned goods for the holiday season, but Juniper Networks Inc. will contribute by donating commercial real estate. The Internet networking company, headquartered in Sunnyvale, has donated 80,000-sf of warehouse space at its corporate campus to the Family Giving Tree for a few months.

The Family Giving Tree, a nonprofit organization that gives gifts to less fortunate Bay Area children, will take over the company’s first and second floors of a four-story building that is currently under construction. The space is about half the size of the San Jose McEnery Convention Center.
