The space already is being used for the supply of non-prescription medical supply goods. Ed Wilberding, Randy Book, Bob Rosman and Doug Ryan of Cushman & Wakefield represented the sublessor, Workplace Integrators, while Peter Rogers and Keith Puritz of Cushman & Wakefield represented Mundelein, IL-based Medline during lease negotiations.

In addition, IBP Foods, a producer of beef, pork and related products, has signed a five-year lease for 11,822 sf of office space at Arboretum Phase II, located at 34505 W. 12 Mile Rd. in Farmington Hills, MI. It is using the space as general office space. During lease negotiations, Renée de Spelder of Cushman & Wakefield represented the property owner, Arboretum Properties Phase II LLC, and Trammel Crow Company represented the South Dakota-based tenant.

The company also handled a sale.

Jansar Properties LLC acquired from Hickory Associates LP a 2.79 acre land parcel on Venture Drive in Hickory Corporate Park in Novi, MI. The Farmington Hills-based company plans to have Artis Corp. occupy the building and use it for light assembly and research and development. Jeff Buckler of Cushman & Wakefield represented Jansar Properties in the sales transaction.
