Basin Street Brings Banker into Senior Management Role

PETALUMA, CA-Jon Lefferts, vice president of the Real Estate Merchant Banking Group at Wells Fargo Bank for the past four years, has stepped into a senior management role at Basin Street Properties.

PETALUMA, CA-Basin Street Properties, a commercial and mixed-use developer in Sonoma, Marin and Napa counties, has added banking industry veteran Jon Lefferts to its senior management team.

Lefferts, vice president of the Real Estate Merchant Banking Group at Wells Fargo Bank for the past four years, brings extensive real estate financial management experience to the company. His expertise is being used to direct Basin Street’s financial planning needs and its banking and investor relationships.

“Over the past few years our investor pool has grown substantially. Although investors are certainly more cautious in the current economy, they are still seeking smart investment opportunities, such as those available through our Executive Investor Program,” says Matt White, president of Basin Street Properties. “Because of this program’s success and the growth of Basin Street overall, we saw the need for a designated individual to manage the program as well as our entire financial portfolio. Jon’s background fits the bill.”
